If a payment fails
- Confirm your card details are correct.
- Try again.
- If you have another card, try a different payment method (if supported).
If your membership doesn’t update
- Refresh the page once.
- Sign out and sign back in.
- Check the Membership page again.
If the problem persists
Contact support (requires sign-in) and include:
- what plan you attempted to purchase
- the date/time of the attempt
- any error message shown
