If a payment fails

  1. Confirm your card details are correct.
  2. Try again.
  3. If you have another card, try a different payment method (if supported).

If your membership doesn’t update

  1. Refresh the page once.
  2. Sign out and sign back in.
  3. Check the Membership page again.

If the problem persists

Contact support (requires sign-in) and include:

  • what plan you attempted to purchase
  • the date/time of the attempt
  • any error message shown
