Mark as read

Use this when:

• You’ve seen it and don’t need the “unread” badge anymore
• You still want to keep it in your normal history

Archive

Use this when:

• You want to hide it from your main list
• You still want it available later in Archived

Tip

If you want notifications to stay visible after reading, switch to All (or include Read) in your filter options.
