In most cases, a notification “disappears” because your current filter no longer matches it.
Example
- You are viewing Unread notifications.
- You click Mark as read.
- The item disappears from the list because it’s now Read.
Fix
- Switch to All (or Read) to see it again.
- If you archived it, switch to Archived.
Still not seeing it?
- Refresh once.
- Confirm you’re signed in.
- Contact support (requires sign-in) if the notification is missing across all filters.
